dev_name- プロミスキャスモードが開始される、またはプロミスキャスモードが終了するデバイス。
enable- デバイスでプロミスキャスモードが開始される場合
inc- プロミスキャスモードオープナーの数をカウントします。
disable- デバイスが promiscuity モードを脱退する場合
