説明
skb により参照されるパケットは、関数 linuxmib_filter_key によりフィルタリングされます。パケットはフィルターを通過すると、グローバル DelayedACKs (SNMP の MIB LINUX_MIB_DELAYEDACKS と同等) でカウントされます。
