コマンドラインでケースの内容を表示すると、コマンドラインからソリューションを素早く簡単に適用できます。
コマンドラインで既存のサポートケースを表示するには、以下のようにコマンドを入力します。
~]# redhat-support-tool getcase case-number
ここで、case-number はダウンロードするケースの番号です。
