11.2. 時刻と日付ベースの式
現在の日付と時刻に応じてリソースまたはクラスターオプションを制御する場合に日付の式を使用します。オプションで日付の詳細を含ませることができます。

gt - 現在の日付と時刻が start 以降の場合は True

lt - 現在の日付と時刻が end 以前の場合は True

in-range - 現在の日付と時刻が start 以降で且つ end 以前の場合は True
