23.4. インストールターミナルの設定
ssh と X11 転送を使用してログインしている場合は、anaconda はすぐにそのグラフィカルユーザーモードで開始します。
display= 変数をセットしていないで、X11 転送を使用しない場合、anaconda は VNC もしくはテキストモードで開始の選択肢を提供します。

VNC を選択すると、パスワードを要求されるか、またはパスワード無しで VNC を 使用する選択ができます。パスワードを使用する場合、将来の参照のためにパスワードの メモを作成してください。そして、VNC サーバーを開始します。

ここで、VNC クライアントを使用して、z/VM ゲスト仮想マシンの IP アドレスへ接続します。 以前に入力しているパスワードで VNC サーバーの認証をします。
