atd サービスを停止するには、rootで次のコマンドを実行します。 
 service atd stop
ブート時のサービスの起動を無効にするには、以下のコマンドを使用します。 
 chkconfig atd off
このコマンドは、すべてのランレベルでサービスを無効にします。または、「サービスの有効化および無効化」 の説明に従って Service Configuration ユーティリティーを使用できます。
