4.14. IBM Power の Cake-php サンプルプロジェクトで、Configure Apache Web Server DocumentRoot コマンドが動作しない

Cake-php サンプルを使用する際、Configure Apache Web Server DocumentRoots タスクが以下のエラーで失敗します。

error  sed: couldn't open temporary file /etc/httpd/conf/sedSgv1Z4: Permission denied

現在、この問題に対する回避策はありません。
