Da notare che l'installazione di Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.0 è supportata solo su hardware a 64-bit.
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.0 è in grado di eseguire sistemi operativi a 32-bit, incluse le versioni precedenti di Red Hat Enterprise Linux, come macchine virtuali.
