3.4. Start the Identity Service

All steps in this procedure must be performed on the server hosting the Identity service, while logged in as the root user.

Procedure 3.8. Launching the Identity Service

  1. Start the openstack-keystone service: 
    # systemctl start openstack-keystone.service
  2. Configure the openstack-keystone service to start at boot time: 
    # systemctl enable openstack-keystone.service
