Appendix B. Sample Custom Interface Template: Multiple Bonded Interfaces

The following template is a customized version of /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/network/config/bond-with-vlans/ceph-storage.yaml. It features multiple bonded interfaces to isolate back-end and front-end storage network traffic, along with redundancy for both connections (as described in Section 5.4, “Configuring Multiple Bonded Interfaces Per Ceph Node”). It also uses custom bonding options (namely, 'mode=4 lacp_rate=1', as described in Section 5.4.1, “Configuring Bonding Module Directives”).
