2.4. New Feature: Red Hat Access Integration in the JBoss ON UI
Red Hat Access is now integrated into the JBoss ON UI, allowing subscribers to open new support cases, view existing support cases, and search the Red Hat Customer Portal for exclusive knowledge and solutions. Subscribers can also use Red Hat Access to open cases against JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 6 and other products integrating with the JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 6 plug-in, as well as attach JDR reports (where available) with additional JBoss ON-specific information directly from the JBoss ON UI.
