Smooks provides mechanisms for constructing namespace (XSD) specific XML configurations for components. The most basic configuration (and the one that maps directly to the
SmooksResourceConfiguration class) is the basic <resource-config> XML configuration from the base configuration namespace (http://www.milyn.org/xsd/smooks-1.1.xsd).
