8.3.2. Default ACL File
In versions up to 2.2, the location of the default ACL file is
/etc/qpidd.acl.
From version 2.3, the default ACL file is relocated to
/etc/qpid/qpidd.acl. Unmodified existing installations will continue to use the previous ACL file and location, while any new installations will use the new default location and file.
