Configuring basic system settings

This document describes basics of system administration on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9. The title focuses on: basic tasks that a system administrator needs to do just after the operating system has been successfully installed, installing software with DNF, using systemd for service management, managing users, groups and file permissions, using chrony to configure NTP and others.
