It is possible to forcibly enable or disable BIOS advertisements to the guest virtual machine operating system using conventional management tools which affects the following section of the domain XML:

The
<pm> element can be enabled using the argument yes or disabled using the argument no. BIOS support can be implemented for S3 using the suspend-to-disk argument and S4 using the suspend-to-mem argument for ACPI sleep states. If nothing is specified, the hypervisor will be left with its default value.
