14.8.10. Edit Domain XML Configuration Files
save-image-edit file --running --paused command edits the XML configuration file that is associated with a saved file that was created by the virsh save command.
Note that the save image records whether the domain should be restored to a
--running or --paused state. Without using these options the state is determined by the file itself. By selecting --running or --paused you can overwrite the state that virsh restore should use.
