If you wish to use a proxy server in your submissions to Red Hat, you can supply the required details to the Software Test Suite by adding the --http-proxy option to the stsclient command:

The proxy details can also be saved in either the ELF or cloud plug-in configuration file to simplify the execute command. Refer to Section 3.3, “stsclient plug-ins” for information about creating or populating the configuration file.
