On the server hosting the OpenStack Sahara service, install the openstack-sahara package:

# yum install openstack-sahara

This package provides the Sahara CLI clients (sahara and sahara-db-manage) and the openstack-sahara-api service.

To manage the OpenStack Sahara service, you will also need to install the OpenStack dashboard plugin for Sahara. This requires an already existing dashboard service; for information on how to set up a dashboard service, refer to Section 10.1, “Dashboard Service Overview”.

Cluster creation and management with OpenStack Sahara requires the OpenStack Sahara dashboard plugin. This plugin must be installed on the server hosting the dashboard service. For more information, refer to Section 11.5, “Install and Configure the OpenStack Sahara User Interface”.
