Red Hat Linux update 9.1 to 9.2 kernel-5.14.0-284.11.1.el9_2.x86_64 - system crash, kernel emergency mode

After upgrading Red Hat Linux 9.1 to 9.2 on May 9, 2023 with "yum update", the system stopped working. The kernel starts in safe mode kernel-5.14.0-284.11.1.el9_2.x86_64. I have to boot from previous version kernel-5.14.0-162.23.1.el9_1.x86_64 then it works great.

[DEPEND] Dependency failed for /home.
[DEPEND] Dependency failed for Local File Systems.
[DEPEND] Dependency failed for Mark the need to relabel after reboot.
