Bootable USB with Red Hat Live ISO Not Working on Dell Latitude 3590 (Boot Error)

I’m working on creating a bootable USB with the Red Hat Live Environment ISO for my Dell Latitude 3590 (Windows). I haven’t been able to get it working yet. I’m encountering an error message when attempting to boot from it.

Has anyone run into a similar issue or have guidance on how to properly create a working Live USB for this setup? Any tips or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
