How to setup a kickstart server using RHEL 8

Hello,

What packages do I need to convert my RHEL 8.9 Server VM to a kickstart server?

The VM is running on RHEL 8.9 host using KVM.

I need to install clients with permanent IP addresses, bonded ethernet, virtual NICs etc.

Clients have LVM and some dont.

Clients are mostly physical servers. Sometimes VMs running on other hosts. Physical clients need to use use PXE Boot.

Please advice.
