Install Tower 3.8.2 - wsbroadcast connection failed tower 1 to tower 2

Hello,

I'm trying to install Tower 3.8.2 into RHEL8. I could see the error in tower logs "wsbroadcast connection failed between tower 1 to tower 2".

1) Tower 1 - New installation of Tower 3.8.2 (RHEL8)
2) Tower 2 - Old Tower 3.8.2 (RHEL7)

I used the same PostgreSQL 13 server for both Towers. I don't want communication between Tower 1 and Tower 2.

How to stop the communication between the Towers?

After the successful installation of Tower 1, I'll be restoring the data from Tower 2 to Tower 1. Later, will upgrade Tower 1 to AAP 2.x

Any recommendations?
