How to configure a GPU in RHEL 9.0 virtual machine in my laptop

I created a virtual machine on my laptop that has a GPU. I installed RHEL 9.0 on that virtual machine. Please, how can I discover, configure, manage, and use the GPU in the RHEL 9.0 virtual machine?
