JMS/JNP Connection using Apache Camel (Spring DSL XML)

Currently facing an issue of JMS Connection .

Issue: if server is idle some time or messages are not flowing from npg to oss for some specific time (like 30 min .. 1 h .. )
Afterwards OSS will not pick any of the Message sent by NPG, so we need to restart the server to pick the message.

Need help here, we are missing or doing some thing wrong here.
