Red Hat Discussion Forum: How to Edit Your Own Discussions

Problem

As of June 2025, Red Hat is addressing a minor issue in their discussion forum where the original author who created a discussion can't see an option to edit their own posts.

Workaround

To edit a discussion you created, simply add /edit to the end of the discussion's URL in your browser and press Enter.

For example: https://access.redhat.com/discussions/[unique-36-character-string-goes-here]/edit

This workaround only functions for the original author of the discussion.
