Unable to upgrade from RHEL 8.9 to 8.10

Now that 8.10 is released, my 8.9 still will not upgrade. Whether I run "yum upgrade" or "yum update" or "dnf upgrade" or "dnf update" it all ends with:

Dependencies resolved.
Nothing to do.
Complete!

Please help!!
