ERROR [org.jboss.as.controller] (Controller Boot Thread) WFLYCTL0362: Capabilities required by resource '/subsystem=ee-security' are not available: org.wildfly.weld; Possible registration points for this capability: /subsystem=weld

I have deployed a Jboss EAP 7.3.0 (standalone) server deployed on Windows, I tried to apply the patch jboss-eap-7.3.10-patch.zip and after that the service is not up, throwing the following error:

I would be grateful if you could guide me on how to solve this problem.
