How extract a driver from RHEL setup disk?

How extract a raid card driver from a RHEL setup disk?
Or
How can I find and download this raid card driver image from Red Hat website?
I have searched around Red Hat support website but find nothing.

For RHEL 4.x version, does it only use iso or img file format for extra driver during installation?

It depends on your definition of "extract a driver". At its most simple, you can simply copy the requisite RPM from the installation media to some other location. If you're looking for specific files within that rpm, you can use the rpm2cpio tool to do copy the desired file(s) out of the RPM.
