WinSrvr doesn't recognise vCPUs and Storage

We have created a virtual machine with WinSrvr2012 on RHEL installation.

Then, we need to increase the virtual RAM, CPU and Storage.

The changes was made on Virtual Machine Manager.

But the WinSrvr just recognise the RAM increase. The vCPU and Storage wasn't recognised by OS.

Any idea what's happening?
