Hi,

vcruntime140_1.dll is missing from RedHat OpenJDK 8 jre distribution. Windows 64 bit

It is present in Eclipse Temurin OpenJDK 8

It is present in RedHat OpenJDK 17.

Is the missing dll going to be added in any of the next build?
