make startup disk

I am now using Ubunutu 24.04, I have used Red Hat long time ago and I want to go back to RH. I downloaded rhel-10.0-x86_64-boot.iso and want to turn this into an usb-startup stick that I can boot from. I have tried Ubuntu's Start up disk creator but the RH.iso is not accepted
