Does Kourier support TLS re-encryption?

OpenShift Serverless supports only insecure or edge-terminated routes. To support TLS reencryption, one usually turns to Istio. Since Kourier is the light weight alternative to Istio, I hope I can set up knative to use Kourier for TLS reencryption. But I can not find any document and sample.

If you know the answer, could you share it?
