Red Hat Certification Digital Badge & Certificate

I passed my RHCSA Exam at 30/03/2026 but till now i could not received my badge and certificate. i have created my credly account and check its dashboard but did't find certificate. i messaged for my certificate at https://rhtapps.redhat.com/comments with my informations. I need to have my certificate revoked urgently. now what i will do regarding received my certificate?
