Output is showing as a Dummy output but not as speakers

Hey guys,

Currently I am learning to use RHEL 9.5, after installing the ISO image on the Lenovo E14 laptop there is no audio output. i navigated in setting>sound it is showing me dummy output, but the equalizer is moving when I am playing any audio or video.

Steps has been taken on this issue:

I have updated the kernel
installed Pulse audio
Checked the output but it is not showing me any stereo output soundcard.
