RHEL 9.3-9.4 Error upon startup

Hello

I have RHEL 9.3 (updated to 9.4) installed.

Since then every time I see this error upon startup:

[FAILED] Failed to start Set Up Additional Binary Formats.

I Googled all around and could not find anything regarding this problem.

Please advice what is that and how to solve it.
