Cant access uefi after incorrect fde password attempts

Hello,

I accidentally input my password wrong multiple times when booting for the full disk encryption and now I can't access the UEFI/BIOS menu for my laptop. I'm able to log into RHEL 9 still. I was trying to install nvidia drivers so I can use the gpu instead of integrated graphics and now I still can't use the gpu AND cant get the UEFI menu to appear. It just gives me a black screen with a flashing underscore. I can't find anything to help.
