Cluster monitoring operator in openshift container platform

Hi,

I have installed single node openshift trial cluster on my local machine, i am exploring for cluster monitoring operator(CMO) , which should be installed by default when cluster is created according to documentation . But i am not able to find the operator installed by default nor in operatorhub to install.

Openshift version
4.14.7

Please let me know .
