MCP2221A Driver installation issue

We are using the Linux RHEL 8 OS interface to communicate with MCP2221A microchip IC.
The below link is not working for acquiring the data from the chip.

Attached the response from RHEL 8 OS System.

Kindly help us to acquire the data in serial port. The same setup is working with Windows OS .

Anybody done this let us know. Its quite urgent...!
