RHEL Satellite 6.11 Connected/ Disconnected

Disconnected Satellite:

LDAP Server Tab:
IP, Port, Server Type are configured and testing the connection is successful.

Account Tab:
Domain\account = Set
BaseDN: DC=xxx,DC=org = Set
Group base DN: OU=Groups,OU=Admin,Dc-xxx,DC=org = Set
Automatically Create Account in Satellite = Checked
Usergroup Sync = Checked

Attribute Mappings Tab:
Set all values to match the ADSI

Location Tab:
Set

Organization Tab:
Set

Tried logon:
username@domain
domain\username

Both logons fail. Are there any other settings to set anywhere or does anyone have a idea why LDAP logon fails?
