openshift okd version migration from 3.x to 4.x

Hi Team,

We are planning to do openshift migration from 3.x to 4.x.

Current version:okd version 3.11

Can anyone help me on this. Not able to find the proper documents

Do we have any migration plan?

Note: Cluster in not running in the existing setup
