Will upgrade to RHEL8.6 upgrade curl to new version

I'm currently at RHEL 8.5

curl --version shows
curl 7.61.1 (x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu)

I need curl v7.76, or newer, will an upgrade to 8.6 fix this ?

More in general, where can I check which version of a package is included in a RHEL release ?
