Content-export is very time consuming

Exporting a complete version of a content view takes a long time.
It usually goes to 25% and stays at that percentage for a few hrs before proceeding.

Is that normal?
Can something speed up this process? (more RAM or CPU)

Content View is split as following:

Sys Updates RHEL8 (AppStream RPMs, BaseOS RPMs)
Sys Updates RHEL7 (RPMs, Optional RPMs)
Sat Update (Sat Maintenance RPMs, Sat Tools RPMs)
PostgreSQL, EPEL, JAVA ((PostgreSQL, EPEL, Java RPMs)

Is this Content View good practice?
