Disconnected Sat 6.10

I understand, I can download the JAVA package manually from
https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/java-1.8.0-openjdk/1.8.0.342.b07-2.el8_6/x86_64/fd431d51/package
and install the rpm manually.

However,
When I add the repo
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Server - Oracle Java RPMs x86_64 7.9
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Server - Oracle Java RPMs x86_64 7Server

and sync, the sync completes successfully but
0 Packages
0 Errata
0 Module Streams
are shown under it's Yum Repositories.

When the repo comes from RH, why does it show 0 on all syncs?
