We are curious about this as well. We found we could use the ansible product that is not "tower" for "free", and Red Hat bought the company Ansible in October 2015, and according to that link, they plan on somehow putting it into Red Hat Satellite. Also (as Peter said above) see this Red Hat discussion https://access.redhat.com/discussions/2070843 (kinda short discussion to date, see the slide deck that PixelDrift mentioned in that discussion).
