RHEL 9 Beta 0 Does Not Boot Under Oracle VirtualBox

RHEL 9 will not boot after installation under Oracle VirtualBox 6.1. However, it will boot just fine under the latest version of VMWare Workstation Pro. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
