RHEL7 Hosts to Windows Client Multicast issue

Latest response

I'm having an interesting problem that I'm hoping someone in the community can help with. I have a basic /26 network with a couple CISCO switches and a CISCO router. Multicast is enabled on everything. We have an external multicast source coming into the network from a tunnel. We also have three RHEL7 servers that will broadcast multicast videos. The network also has about 26 Windows 10 clients. The windows clients play the external multicast feeds without a problem. Anything broadcast from the RHEL7 servers though has random corrupt packets. Anything broadcast from the windows clients works just fine. If I pull a server and a client and connect them directly the client play a broadcast from the server without any corrupt packets. So I know the problem is in the network somewhere. We do not have a RP on the network and the network tech says it's all configured in pim-sparse-dense mode. If anyone is familiar with this setup and has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it.
