insight and Mdatp issues

So I just recently added a rhel8 server and we installed MDATP on it. We have gotten CVE reports stating that the kernel is out of date from MDATP, but the kernel is up to date as of 10/14/21, insight shows no issues at all.
My question is, what should i go by here?
