can't create or access any projects.

Hello all,

Yesterday I signed up for Redhat provided Sandbox for Openshift.

1) Till yesterday I could see a default project himanshuchaudhary87-stage, but upon trying to create a POD from a dockerfile, I was getting ImgPullError.
2) Today, I see that project itself is deleted and I dont have access to create a new project either, without which I can;t create any apiResources.

Can someone please help me figure this out.

Note- I am using a free account, I do not have a subscription yet.
