"initramfs not found" after transitioning to DHCP

Regenerated dracut after modifying 'dracut.conf.d' to configure DHCP, and editing network connection em1 in 'nmtui', and now upon booting latest kernel, "initramfs not found..."

Same configuration fine on numerous other systems. Using older kernel works fine, and DHCP works on older kernel.

What is the easiest way to recover from this error? Thank you!
