RHEL 6 - Unable to ping out gateway. MAC not showing up on switch. Ethernet device status shows Unknown/

Have a fairly new server that we are running rhel 6.10 on. Consists of the following two cards:

lspci -nn command was ran to show the cards on the system (lspci_nn.png).

ip a command was ran (ipa.png)

ethtool -i p1p1 was ran showing additional details on one of the ports.

It appears the kernel does not recognize one of my cards (perhaps the reason it isn't seen by ip a)?

Various attempts have proven unsuccessful on getting the NIC online and talking on the network (either one).
